Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction law with a strong focus on contracts.
• Licensed to practice law in the applicable state.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts.
• Excellent litigation skills with experience in construction disputes.
• Strong research skills to analyze complex legal issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client relations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients in the construction industry on contracts, disputes, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts to protect client interests and minimize risks.
• Represent clients in construction disputes, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and stay updated on new construction laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies for complex legal issues.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate new business opportunities.
