A growing litigation practice is seeking an experienced associate attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join its team. About the Role:

The attorney will:

• Independently manage complex litigation matters from start to finish
• Handle matters directly for two partners and take meaningful ownership of assigned cases
• Develop case strategy and conduct legal analysis
• Draft discovery, motions, pleadings and other litigation documents requiring minimal partner revision
• Handle matters involving contractors, owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers and equipment rental companies
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and other stakeholders
• Immediately assume responsibility for existing partner caseloads
• Become a trusted extension of the partners while helping reduce their workload
• Work efficiently and independently in a collaborative litigation practice
