Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and NY Bar admission.
• 5+ years of direct construction litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with client contact.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support to clients within the construction industry.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court appearances.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and client matters.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on complex case strategy.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff.
