Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of attorney experience in litigation and construction law.
• Active State Bar membership in good standing.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support to construction industry clients.
• Manage all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, and trials.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related documents.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategy.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff; stay updated on construction law developments.
