Qualifications

• Construction law experience required.
• Experience handling general litigation matters and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and support to construction clients.
• Manage all phases of litigation from pleadings to court appearances.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other documents.
• Conduct legal research to support strategy and client matters.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
