Jobot seeks an experienced Construction Litigation Shareholder to join a well-established practice with regional and national reputation. You will manage all phases of litigation for construction disputes and advise on risk and contract drafting, collaborating with a team on complex matters.

The position emphasizes client relationships, business development, and leadership within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in MO, IL, OR or FL.
• Extensive litigation experience with a focus on construction law.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while collaborating within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from pleadings through discovery, trial, and appeal.
• Represent clients in construction defects, lien, bond, and contract disputes.
• Advise clients on risk management and contract drafting.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and prepare cases for arbitration or trial.
• Collaborate with a team on multi-party, technically complex matters.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and participate in business development.
