Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Atlanta seeks a North America Construction Associate Client Advocate to deliver high-quality service, support insurance program execution, and contribute to overall client relationship management.

You will work closely with a Client Advocate and a Client Specialist, leading day-to-day client engagement, renewal execution, and service coordination in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Targeted 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to analyze coverage forms, identify gaps, and provide ongoing consultation.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience presenting complex information clearly to clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day client engagement, renewal execution, and service coordination.
• Support the Client Advocate in end-to-end oversight of large, complex projects.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to deliver client deliverables.
