Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Client Advocate (hybrid) in the US to lead strategy development, client relationships, and revenue growth for assigned accounts. You will own the E365 Service plan, coordinate resources, and deliver client-centric risk management solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial P&C, strong relationship management, and active P&C licensing. A mix of office presence and client travel is expected, with a focus on profitability and client retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role.
• Experience managing and servicing complex client relationships preferred.
• Must maintain an active Property & Casualty broker license.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRM, or AINS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retains existing book of business and develops/strengthens client relationships.
• Drives RFPs, presentations and pitches to clients.
• Leads and mentors account team members to ensure client success.
• Negotiates, creates, and delivers fee/compensation agreements to clients.
• Drives renewal strategies and ensures client satisfaction across terms.
