Job summary

WTW is seeking a Client Advocate – NA Construction to coordinate between the Senior Client Advocate and Associate Client Advocate, translating client strategy into actionable execution. You will provide consultative risk and insurance advisory to construction clients, including contractors, owners, and developers.

Responsibilities include leading client relationships, coordinating with WTW resources, and delivering strategic plans across the policy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commercial Property & Casualty in a client-facing role, construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Builder's Risk, OCIP/CCIP, SDI, Surety and bonding, Environmental, Professional Liability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between SCA and ACA and translate strategy into execution.
• Lead relationship management for middle-market or less complex construction accounts.
• Retain and grow book of business through proactive client service.
• Advise on construction risk and insurance strategy with clients.
