The position requires travel, accurate record-keeping, and clear communication with owners and contractors. A minimum of 10+ years of construction experience is expected, with the ability to lift 50+ pounds and stay

Qualifikationen

• Performs construction inspection on multiple projects.
• Able to monitor several work activities and record daily contractor progress.
• Communicates effectively in writing and orally with owner/contractor.
• Maintains accurate, timely records of progress (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Ability to work independently on job sites.

Aufgaben

• Attends meetings as needed for construction projects.
• Knows Colorado standards specs for roads/bridges and related transport construction.
• Responds to inquiries/complaints from residents; strong communicator.
• Measures distances and scales as required.
• Obtains measurements and reports progress via Inspector's Daily Report (IDR).
• Willing to travel and stay out of town for a week at a time.
