Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel for on-site inspections.
• Ability to read plans and contract documents.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication with project stakeholders.
• Experience with field testing and lab sampling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction projects from start to finish.
• Document daily progress, quantities, and testing results clearly.
• Read plans, specifications, and contract documents accurately.
• Identify deviations and report them promptly.
• Conduct or oversee soil, aggregate, asphalt testing, and reports.
• Maintain clear communication and attend project meetings.
• Measure distances and maintain precise documentation of work.
