Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Director of Construction in Chicago to oversee teams from 2 to 20 members on high-value accounts, including $100M–$500M+ projects.

You will manage Project Executives and Managers to ensure top talent development and peak customer satisfaction across mission-critical data center programs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 10+ years in construction PM with leadership on Design-Build.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience with leadership on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members understand expectations and are held accountable for performance.
• Develop and train direct reports through onboarding and mentorship.
• Negotiate contracts and lead sales presentations to clients.
• Promote quality, design, and profitability across projects.
• Coordinate all aspects of Ryan's business model across departments.
