Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience incl. 5+ years in Design-Build.
• Experience handling projects from $10M to $250M; mission-critical data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of 2–20; oversee Project Executives, Project Managers, and project teams.
• Ensure accountability, provide feedback, and drive development conversations.
• Onboard and mentor direct reports toward best career paths; mentor and coach.
• Promote corporate goals, initiatives, and profitable project delivery.
• Build relationships with potential clients and manage customer relationships.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
