Experience with data center projects is preferred.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $94,500 to $120,000, alongside various benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as educational assistance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience with commercial construction.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control.
• Ability to communicate with superintendents and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Administer assigned projects with schedules and cost projections.
• Participate in design development and project scheduling.
• Prepare and control the budget and bid documents.
