• Direct and manage field activities with emphasis on safety and client satisfaction.
• Oversee mobilization, schedule development, and on-time delivery.
• Build, place and mentor field staff; recruit and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mission Critical Field Operations for hyperscale and co-location data center projects, aligning with client goals from inception to completion.
• Oversee project start-up, site logistics planning, safety program implementation, and team structure for a successful launch.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules from proposal through delivery; identify and mitigate risks.
• Recruit, hire, place, and mentor staff; ensure accountability for performance.
• Engage with clients; present and participate in client relationship programs as a field operations representative.
• Ensure profitability with robust cost controls and proper documentation.
• Train staff in estimating, scheduling, and construction management, including Ryan Tools.
• Assist VP of Field Operations in employee evaluation and compensation recommendations.
• Review estimates for completeness, ensure close-out, AP/AR accuracy, and subcontractor monitoring.
• Prepare monthly status reports for VP of Field Operations and support workload decisions.
• Stay current on industry developments and communicate changes to the team.
