Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Director of Construction to lead our National Mission Critical team in Chicago. You will oversee multiple project teams and manage accounts from $10M to $250M+, driving execution, client satisfaction and profitability on complex data center builds.

We value leadership, relationship building, and proven success in design-build delivery. Competitive compensation in the $185k–$230k range plus bonus and comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience with 5+ years in Design-Build.
• Experience handling projects from $10M to $250M; Mission Critical data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of 2–20, manage Project Executives/Managers to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Promote professional development, onboarding and mentorship of direct reports.
• Lead coordination across development, design, preconstruction, building services, and property management.
