QTS Realty Trust in Atlanta seeks a Senior Cost Control Manager to lead cost control for large-scale data center construction projects. You will oversee budgets, evaluate change orders, and coordinate with project teams, vendors, and finance to ensure on-budget delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in cost control with strong knowledge of contracts, forecasting and financial systems. A senior leader mindset and ability to drive cost-effective solutions are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/financing/accounting or equivalent
• Ten+ years in cost control, construction, or project management
• Deep knowledge of contracts, change management and budgeting
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite cost team and enforce cost control processes
• Oversee project budgets for large-scale construction projects
• Review contracts and approve change orders with cost implications
• Analyze cost forecasts, cash flows, and variance reporting
• Manage procurement with subcontractors and vendors within budgets
• Facilitate regular financial reviews with project teams and external consultants
• Support monthly loan draw process with required documentation
• Mentor staff and share best practices across cost control teams
• Oversee third-party cost auditing and ensure compliance
