QTS Data Centers is seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager to oversee budgets for major construction and infrastructure projects. You will lead cost teams, validate change orders, and collaborate with project management, vendors, and finance to keep costs aligned with contract terms.

The role requires deep knowledge of contract documents, change management, and financial systems, with a track record of delivering accurate forecasts and cost controls across multiple initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, financing, or accounting is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cost control for large-scale construction projects.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with financial and project-management software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor cost control teams, ensuring adherence to budgets and change management.
• Review contracts, change orders, and cash flow projections with stakeholders.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variances for senior leadership.
