Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support construction cost services for a large-scale data center program in the South Atlanta metro area. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of cost management experience on significant projects and be driven to advance Turner & Townsend's purpose and values.

The role requires strong knowledge of procurement, value management, and cost control, with experience in commercial management and an ability to work

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation or working towards it is valuable.
• Experience on medium to large construction projects.
• Construction consultancy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise client on strategies and manage vendor prequalification.
• Develop and review project estimates for construction costs.
• Present estimates and value engineering recommendations to client.
• Review cost reports, budgets, and forecasts with clients.
• Oversee cost control, change orders, and payment requisitions.
• Manage invoicing process and final accounting.
• Maintain risk registers and lessons learned.
• Prepare bid analysis sheets and take-off software.
• Ensure SOX controls where applicable.
