Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to lead the preparation, review, negotiation, and administration of complex construction contracts, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. You will manage the full contract lifecycle in a CMS, assess risks, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with project teams to align terms with project goals.

Candidates should have 5+ years on construction contracts and strong knowledge of contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience with construction contracts
• Knowledge of contract negotiation, procurement, and purchasing systems
• Knowledge of Contract Management Systems
• Knowledge of Adobe Professional
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
• Self-starter who takes responsibility and achieves results
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, negotiate and administer complex and higher risk construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements in coordination with legal and project teams.
• Ensure contracts comply with federal, state, and local requirements, lien laws, prevailing wage, prompt payment, and indemnification restrictions.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle using the contract management system (CMS).
• Analyze contractual obligations, risk allocation, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to align contract terms with project goals and provide guidance on complex issues.
• Support interpretation of contract requirements and ensure compliance throughout execution.
• Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor construction laws and best practices, including lien rights and prompt payment statutes.
• Mentor Contracts Administrators and contribute to process improvements.
