Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of business development or sales experience.
• Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
• Experience in the construction or related industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use CRM and sales tools to track opportunities and support business development efforts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Propose strategic partnerships to expand growth and project opportunities.
• Manage key client relationships and establish new partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to support objectives.
• Develop internal and external relationships to increase lead generation and market share.
• Research markets, industry trends, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the preparation and submission of RFPs and qualification materials.
