Job summary

Palm Build LLC is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our Florida team. You will generate leads, build relationships with property managers and owners, and close deals in residential and commercial markets in Deerfield Beach and nearby areas.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in outside sales or business development, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of closing opportunities with decision-makers and referral partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven business development, outside sales, or account management experience.
• Experience developing relationships and generating new business through proactive prospecting.
• Restoration, construction, roofing, insurance, property management, or home-services experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across residential, commercial, multi-family, and property-management markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, commercial property owners, insurance professionals, HOA representatives, real estate professionals, and other referral partners.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, industry events, direct outreach, and targeted market development.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and business-development visits with prospective clients and referral partners.
• Understand client and partner needs and position Palm Build’s restoration and reconstruction services accordingly.
• Develop strategic plans to expand Palm Build’s presence within assigned markets and customer segments.
• Negotiate business opportunities and agreements while protecting company objectives and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate lead, contact, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Track business-development activity, pipeline performance, and results.
• Work closely with sales, project management, estimating, marketing, and operations to ensure opportunities are properly developed and transitioned.
• Represent Palm Build professionally at industry events, networking groups, association meetings, and community activities.
• Consistently pursue measurable growth in new accounts, referral relationships, and revenue.
