Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in engineering, construction, or related field.
• Proven success delivering multimillion-dollar public-sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team from estimating/pre-construction through completion, ensuring safety, cost, schedule and quality.
• Build strong client/owner relationships and maintain a positive company image.
• Develop and maintain project schedule, cost accounting, and budgets; review progress weekly.
• Coordinate with owner, architect, and engineer; manage subcontractor and vendor activities and change management.
