CF Legal Recruiting and Staffing is assisting a prestigious law firm in Manhattan with seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Construction Attorney. The role focuses on representing owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors across the project life cycle.

You’ll manage matters independently, leveraging strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills, while building enduring client relationships within a collaborative team of seasoned professionals.

Qualificações

• Admission to practice in New York State and Federal courts.
• Experience across commercial construction matters: drafting contracts, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, delay claims, bonds, and Article 3-A trust disputes.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and client-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
