The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted to practice in the U.S., and has proven experience in construction litigation, contracts, and risk assessment. You will draft and negotiate contracts, manage complex disputes, and participate in mediation or arbitration, with potential remote work for highly qualified attorneys.
