Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active NY State Bar admission in good standing.
• 7 years of proven Labor Law construction experience.
• Experience with insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability matters.
• Demonstrated experience as first and/or second chair strongly desired.
• Advanced understanding of NY Construction Law (Labor Law §§200, 240, 241), preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage cases in insurance defense, general liability, and NYS Labor Law construction matters.
• Coordinate with partners on high-impact projects and participate in depositions and court appearances.
• Engage closely with clients, delivering clear, timely updates and guidance to keep them informed.
