You’ll manage matters independently, leveraging strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills, while building enduring client relationships within a collaborative team of seasoned professionals.

Qualifications

• Admission to practice in New York State and Federal courts.
• Experience across commercial construction matters: drafting contracts, payment disputes, mechanic’s liens, delay claims, bonds, and Article 3-A trust disputes.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent organization, communication, and client-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

A top, full-service, law firm with more than 50 years of experience and offices in Manhattan, Long Island, and Boca Raton is seeking a Mid-to- Senior Level Construction Attorney for their well established and actively expanding practice group.

You’ll represent owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the life cycle of a project — running matters independently, with the analytical, writing, and advocacy skills to exercise sound judgment and deliver top-tier results for a sophisticated roster of clients.

• Admission to practice in New York State and Federal courts
