Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join the Conflicts group in the United States. You will review new business opportunities, conduct conflict checks, and ensure confidentiality across a 24-7 coverage environment.

You will collaborate with the Manager of Conflicts, support urgent requests, and apply firm policies while engaging with professionals at all levels. Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant experience, travel to client sites, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related business field.
• 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a conflicts or new business intake function within a law, auditing, financial, or consulting firm.
• Willingness to travel to clients and FTI offices.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Review new business opportunities on an expedited basis to determine acceptance.
• Handle clearances for a defined portfolio and urgent requests as needed.
• Conduct timely and accurate review of potential conflict concerns and related issues.
• Verify completeness of engagement descriptions and escalate issues to leadership.
• Apply conflict policies and maintain records of potential issues.
• Communicate conflict analysis summaries to internal teams and facilitate resolution.
• Research using internal/external databases to gather information on entities and affiliations.
• Maintain confidentiality of information involved in the conflicts review process.
• Develop understanding of the company’s expert and business consulting services for conflict analysis.
