Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related business field.
• 3+ years of experience as an analyst in a conflicts or new business intake function within a law, auditing, financial, or consulting firm.
• This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as part of the Conflicts group under the Manager of Conflicts.
• Review new business opportunities for timely response to determine if engagement can be accepted.
• Handle clearances for defined portfolio and outside of an assigned queue segment to manage volume and urgent requests.
• Conduct timely and accurate review of potential conflict concerns and related new business issues.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of new engagement descriptions and escalate issues to leadership.
• Apply conflict policies and maintain records of potential issues.
• Communicate timely conflict analysis summaries to internal teams and clients.
• Research using internal and external databases to obtain information on entities or individuals’ roles and affiliations.
• Ensure confidentiality and non-disclosure of information involved in the conflicts review process.
• Develop understanding of the company’s consulting services to navigate complex business relationships.
