Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review conflict reports to identify potential conflicts issues and analyze them.
• Research entity affiliations using commercial databases and collaborate with attorneys to develop resolution recommendations.
• Draft and review conflicts waivers, engagement letters, and Outside Counsel Guidelines.
• Escalate high-risk matters to Conflicts Counsel as appropriate and support coverage outside standard hours.
