Job summary

Morrison Foerster is seeking a Senior Conflicts Resolution Analyst to support our Conflicts/New Business team in evaluating potential conflicts and advising on resolutions. The role involves in-depth research, liaising with attorneys, and ensuring high levels of client service while adhering to firm policies.

Location can be based in New York or San Francisco. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of conflicts experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with

Qualifications

Four-year college degree required.
Minimum 5 years of relevant conflicts experience including issue identification, research, and resolution recommendations.
Experience with Intapp Open Conflicts, ServiceNow, Dun & Bradstreet, LexisNexis, iManage, and/or SPM preferred.

Responsibilities

Review conflict reports to identify and analyze potential conflicts.
Research entity affiliations using commercial databases.
Collaborate with attorneys to assess conflicts and develop resolution recommendations.
Draft and review conflicts waivers, engagement letters, and Outside Counsel Guidelines.
