Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Lead Conflicts Analyst who will manage full-cycle conflict resolution processes across the firm. The role includes advanced conflict searches, reviewing results, and coordinating with attorneys and staff to clear potential conflicts.

You will document, organize and track conflict-related materials, while mentoring RM team members. The position may be filled remotely or in any office location, with compensation and benefits as described in firm policy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in conflicts or related compliance roles.
• 5 years of progressively responsible related work experience preferred to coordinate firm-wide conflict clearing.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflicts of interest issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle conflict of interest resolution processes.
• Perform advanced conflict searches and review Conflict Results Report.
• Communicate with attorneys and staff to clear potential conflicts.
• Document and organize conflict resolution materials and maintain records.
• Track status of Work Flow requests and ensure quality assurance.
