Responsibilities include conducting advanced conflict searches, reviewing results, clearing conflicts with attorneys, and documenting processes for QA.

The role supports the RM team, plans daily tasks, mentors colleagues, and may require coordination with office locations.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience required.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflict of interest issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the conflict clearing process end-to-end.
• Conduct advanced conflict searches and review results for materiality.
• Clear potential conflicts with attorneys and staff.
• Document and organize conflict resolution communications and QA.
• Support, mentor and train RM team members.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks to ensure coverage.
