Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience required.
• Ability to analyze potential conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the conflict of interest resolution process from intake to resolution.
• Review conflict packets for accuracy and documentation.
• Communicate with attorneys and staff to clear potential conflicts.
• Mentor RM team members and assist with priority projects.
• Plan daily work and ensure adequate coverage when staff are absent.
