Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible related work experience preferred to coordinate firm-wide conflict clearing.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflict of interest issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle conflict resolution processes across intake, research, and clearance.
• Conduct advanced conflict searches and identify true potential conflicts for review.
• Communicate with attorneys and staff to clear potential conflicts and document outcomes.
• Mentor and train RM team members to achieve program objectives.
• Plan daily work tasks and ensure coverage during staff absences.
