Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP, a leading full-service litigation and business law firm, is seeking a Lead Conflicts Analyst. This role may be remote or based in one of our offices and involves coordinating the conflict of interest resolution process.

You will perform advanced conflict searches, review results, contact attorneys to clear conflicts, document processes, mentor team members, and help manage workload across the RM program.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible related work experience preferred to coordinate Firm-wide conflict clearing process.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflict of interest issues.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced conflict searches and manage complex projects with limited supervision.
• Review Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts.
• Research materiality of potential conflicts.
• Contact attorneys to clear conflicts.
• Communicate with Manager on resolution of conflicts.
• Document and organize conflict resolution materials.
• Track status of Work Flow requests.
• Assist with clearing potential lateral hires.
• Support RM team with training.
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily tasks for RM team.
• Coordinate coverage during staff absences; assess overtime.
• Facilitate client services including new employee orientation.
• Report to department management on goals and outcomes.
• Handle special projects from Director and Conflicts Managers.
