Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience required.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflict of interest issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle conflict of interest resolution processes.
• Conduct advanced conflict searches and assess materiality of potential conflicts.
• Clear conflicts by contacting attorneys and staff, documenting outcomes, and reporting to management.
• Assist with clearing potential lateral hires and supporting RM program objectives.
• Plan and assign daily work tasks, ensuring coverage and evaluating overtime needs.
