Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience required.
• Ability to analyze potential conflict of interest issues.
• Experience coordinating firm-wide conflict clearance process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle conflict resolution processes.
• Perform advanced conflict searches and review Conflict Results Reports.
• Contact attorneys to clear potential conflicts.
• Mentor RM team and supervise workload planning.
• Report to department management on goals and accomplishments.
• Handle special projects assigned by Director of Conflicts & Docketing Operations.
