Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Lead Conflicts Analyst to coordinate the firm’s conflict-of-interest resolution process. The role involves advanced searches, materiality research, and clearances, with daily communication to management and a focus on quality and process improvement.

The position may be filled remotely or at any office location. Requirements include a 2-year degree (4-year preferred) and 3–5 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible related work experience preferred in order to gain the expertise needed to coordinate Firm-wide conflict clearing process.
• Ability to respond to requests requiring analysis of potential conflict of interest issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle conflict of interest resolution processes.
• Conduct advanced conflict searches and review Conflict Results Reports.
• Research materiality of potential conflicts and clear them with attorneys.
• Document and organize conflict resolution documentation.
• Maintain communication with attorneys and staff on conflicts.
• Track status of Work Flow requests and quality-check conflict packets.
• Assist with clearing potential lateral hires as assigned by Manager.
• Mentor and train RM team members to support RM program objectives.
• Plan and assign daily tasks, coordinate coverage, and manage overtime as needed.
• Facilitate client services related to RM program onboarding and overview.
