Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm.
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred.
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• A problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential ethical and business conflicts in new business intake.
• Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for firm partners.
• Review new business intake forms for completeness and compliance.
• Maintain engagement letter records and assist with draft engagements.
• Collaborate with General Counsel and Intake Compliance to mitigate risk.
• Support firm-wide training on conflicts processes and improvements.
