Job summary

Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst III to assist with compliance and risk management related to potential new business. This role may be based in any West Coast office or fully remote within the US, with West Coast hours.

You will review and analyze new business conflicts, communicate with attorneys, and research entities to identify conflicts and ensure policy compliance. Collaboration with the New Business & Conflicts team is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm.
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred.
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• A problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Review, research and analyze new business and conflict submissions to identify potential conflicts of interest and compliance.
• Provide clear communication to firm attorneys and staff to resolve conflicts and compliance issues.
• Research corporate entities and family tree structures to determine related entities.
