Job summary

Orrick is seeking a Conflicts Analyst III. This role can be based in any U.S. West Coast office or fully remote within the US, with West Coast hours.

You will review and analyze new business submissions to identify conflicts, ensure compliance with firm policies, and communicate findings to attorneys. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in conflicts analysis, strong research and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of conflicts analyst experience in a large law firm.
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred.
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest in new business.
• Perform comprehensive research and documentation of conflicts of interest.
• Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for partners.
• Review new business intake forms for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with GC Office and Risk Management on conflicts matters.
• Support training and process improvements for new business intake.
