You will review new business submissions, research entities and related entities, and run reports to identify conflicts while ensuring firm policies and compliance. Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys and the New Business & Conflicts team to identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest presented by new business.
• Perform comprehensive research, analysis, and documentation of potential conflicts of interest associated with new business intake.
• Prepare well-organized and detailed conflict of interest reports and present information directly to Firm partners in a clear, concise manner while highlighting critical issues.
• Review and evaluate new business intake forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws, firm policies, and business requirements.
• Review draft engagement letters and assist with maintaining engagement letter records.
• Ensure timely and efficient processing of new business requests.
