Job summary

Orrick is seeking a Conflicts Analyst III to support compliance and risk management for new business. The role can be based in any West Coast office or fully remote within the US for candidates willing to work West Coast hours.

Responsibilities include reviewing and researching new business submissions, identifying ethical or business conflicts, producing clear conflict reports, and coordinating with the Office of the General Counsel and other teams to manage risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of conflicts analyst experience, preferably at a large law firm.
• Working knowledge of Intapp products preferred.
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential ethical and business conflicts of interest in new business intake.
• Prepare detailed conflict of interest reports for firm partners.
• Review new business intake forms for completeness and compliance.
• Coordinate with Office of the General Counsel and Risk Management on conflicts and risk matters.
• Support firm-wide training on conflicts processes and procedures.
