Matura Farrington, Inc. seeks a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join the Office of the General Counsel at a leading global law firm. You will conduct conflicts research and prepare reports for attorneys, analysts, and business professionals, supporting client and attorney intake.

The ideal candidate is analytical and detail‑oriented, comfortable handling sensitive information, uses Intapp Open, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to strengthen conflicts and risk management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in legal, law firm, or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience with conflicts databases, legal technology, corporate research, or client intake is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze complex conflicts matters and prepare reports for new clients, matters, and intake requests.
• Support senior stakeholders and committees with research requests and updates.
• Review conflicts requests, identify missing information, and coordinate with attorneys to clarify requirements.
• Conduct corporate and entity research to verify relationships, ownership, and other relevant data.
• Maintain and update records in the firm’s conflicts database, ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training and best practices.
