Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to lead CMDB data integrity and enable reliable IT operations. You will craft reports and dashboards and drive automation across discovery tools and integrations to support audits and executive decisions.

You will partner across teams to implement standards for configuration and asset management, ensuring scalable CMDB capabilities aligned with a growing North American business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with CMDB and ITSM tooling.
• Strong coding/automation and data analysis skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insight for audits and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMDB to keep data accurate and documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support audits and leadership decisions.
• Improve data accuracy via automation, discovery, and system integrations.
• Establish configuration and asset management standards and policies.
• Collaborate with teams to translate findings into scalable CMDB capabilities.
