Job summary

Uline seeks a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to lead our CMDB, ensure data accuracy across the IT landscape, and translate data into a trusted resource for operations and decision making. You will own CMDB, build reports and dashboards for audits and lifecycle status, implement automated discovery, and collaborate with teams to enforce standards and policies.

This on-site role at Uline Corporate HQ in Pleasant Prairie requires 10+ years IT experience and strong knowledge of ITSM tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience with a strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
• Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.
• Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
• Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMDB capabilities.
