Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to own the CMDB and drive data accuracy across our IT landscape. You will lead reporting, discovery, and integrations to support audits and executive decisions, while implementing standards and scalable CMDB capabilities.

With 10+ years in IT and strong ITSM product experience, you will collaborate across teams to translate data into reliable operational insights. This on-site role supports our North American operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience with strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
• Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.
• Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
• Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities.
