Job summary

Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging, is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to own the CMDB and ensure data accuracy across our technology landscape. You will translate complex data into trusted resources supporting IT operations and executive decision-making.

You will develop reports and dashboards for audits, lifecycle management, and configuration status, and drive automation through workflows and system integrations, collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years IT experience with CMDB/ITSM tools.
• Coding and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, SQL, or APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate and current.
• Develop reports and dashboards for audits and exec decisions.
• Improve data accuracy with automated workflows and integrations.
• Establish configuration and asset management standards and policies.
• Collaborate across teams to translate data into scalable CMDB capabilities.
