Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Engineer to own and evolve the CMDB, ensuring data is complete, accurate and well-documented across our technology landscape.

You will develop reports and dashboards, drive audits, and implement automated workflows and system integrations, collaborating with IT teams to deliver scalable CMDB capabilities that support operations and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years IT experience with ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
• Coding/automation skills in PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.
• Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights for audits, configuration status and executive decisions.
• Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
• Establish and implement configuration and asset management standards and policies.
• Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data and translate findings into scalable CMDB capabilities.
